We can supply all types of sails from mainsails & mizzens to stays’ls & storm jibs and cruising chutes to furling genoas, using modern performance cruise membranes or traditional woven materials, using premium brands such as Dimension Polyant.
Cruising around the world or bay your sails can be tailored to suit your type of sailing and made to last. Properly constructed to suit your yacht: checking the rig to establish the correct measurements and details, selecting the appropriate cloth for your sailing, the yachts displacement, designing the right shape to get the best out of the hull and rig. Designed using Smare Azure’s latest sail design program to design and fair the sail and analyse the flying shape using 3D modelling and stress analysis.
We can also fit the sails and go for a test sail to make sure you get the most from your new sail. Our sails are custom made to measure sails from cloth; to stitching, to patching and hardware all details are checked, it is this attention to detail that has lead us to being selected by Rustler yachts to supply their sails.
